Newark, Delaware Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Pre-applications were last accepted from July 23, 2019, until July 25, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen. 

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to call the Administrative Office to request a pre-application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
